General Information:

Technical Basics:
  • Eventhall with one dancefloor 36 x 16 m, be aware, that the dancefloor could be divided into two dancefloors for some disziplines 
  • The entry to the dancefloor will be on back-left, the exit from the dancefloor will be on back-right
  • Stage color: light brown

Wild Cards:

The organizer has the right for one additional participant each discipline, category and age group.
Defending Champion: Last years Champions have the right to defend their titles without national qualification additional to the national enrolments.
Backstage & VIP passes:

Solos, Duos and Small Groups: The Organizer must give one entrance pass to the event, for every ten participants in the competition, from each Nation. In the case where there are less than ten participants from a Country, one pass will be given. The names of all complimentary pass recipients will be clearly specified on the Official Entry Form.
Formationen/ Productions: The Organizer must make four complimentary passes available to each Formation / Production, which may be used for trainers, coaches, reserve dancers, staff, bus drivers, etc.
VIP Passes: Presidents of IDO National Member Organizations, who are not officially participating in the competition, will receive the courtesy of a free ticket, or if provided by the Organizer, a free pass to all events. If a partner or guest accompanies, a courtesy will be extended. One official representative from each country must be given a free pass to all areas of the event, except restricted areas, such as judges briefing, scrutineer’s office, etc. All other people, accompanying each Country’s team must purchase a ticket at the normal price (see price list). All passes will be issued to the team leaders only.
Insurance: With their official enrollment, all participating countries, federations and/or dancers, assure that they hold valid health and accident insurance. The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents.

Please be aware, that the Austrian health system does not allow doctors or hospitals to treat anybody without insurance or payment by cash.
Lost and Found: At the Check In & Check Out.
Medals / Diplomas / Trophies World Championships / European Championships:
Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals placing 1st through 6th, Trophies placing 1st through 3rd, place. Diplomas will be presented to all Formations, Small Groups, Duos and Solos.
World Cup - Production:
Trophies placing 1st through 3rd, place. Diplomas
Proof of participation: All dancers will receive a plastique banderole at the registration office (Check In Counter) to be tight around the wrist as proof of having paid the start fee and being a dancer/participant of the Event. This banderole MUST be worn during the whole event. If this is lost, the dancer must purchase a ticket to come into the hall.
There will be no exceptions:
Backstage admittance with plastique banderole only – see information „Tickets“
Registration / Check In: After arrival in Graz, please check in at the Registration, the CHECK IN counter which may be found in the Stadthalle Graz – Messe Center, – Entrance South – please see the location map. The team Captains will receive all necessary information at the Organization Office.
  • Pay 15,00 € for the starting fee in EURO-cash only
  • Receive all your start numbers in a prepared envelope 
  • Receive all information and time schedule they need for the event.
  • Formations / Productions hand out the music (CD or MD only!) to the DJ behind the dancefloor directly (and pick them up again after your last dance)
Registration / Check Out:
Receive your diplomas about 90 Minutes after the last dance (except for finalists).
All registration / check in can only be made by the appointed national team leader / official team captain of your country for all dancers. Because of the great number of expected dancers from more than 30 countries the organizer regrets, but there is no check in on a “one by one” basis. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets: for supporters may be bought via Internet www.oeticket.com or at the daily ticket booth which is in front of the main entrance of the hall. Tickets are for spectators only and do not allow “backstage-admittance”. Please refer to the “Ticket-Information” on our website.
Schedule of the Championships: Please see the tentative final schedule for the entire Bremen HipHop Days All times are according to the number of enrolments and subject to change.
Security: Because of the great numbers of dancers from all over the world, there will be security staff in the hall. There is no liability at all for the organizer for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure, to have all personal belongings in your control. As the parking space for the busses are close to the hall, you might consider, to leave your valuables in the bus with the driver. There is security patrolling in the dressing area. If people are found without plastique banderole, they will be sent out of the dressing area without exception. For the fair treatment of everybody participating, theft or damage will be reported to the Police immediately to take action.
